Phoebe is a Senior Copywriter at Clemenger, Melbourne.
Her role sees her working across BMW, CUB, Myer, TAC, Schweppes. She has been creating enduring brand platforms, mentoring creatives and helping win New Business since 2022.
Prior to Clems, Phoebe was a founding member of Special Melbourne’s creative department working on ANZ, Uber Eats and Bonds. And before that she cut her teeth at CHEP working on Flybuys, Mazda, Samsung and Telstra.
In 2018, she finished 1st Place at AWARD school. In 2019, she was selected by Bob Isherwood as one of 30 creatives globally to attend the Cannes Young Lions Academy.
Phoebe created The Aunties in 2021; A mentoring movement that supports women and marginalised genders in creative industries. As well as creative ideation and direction across comms, running The Aunties has added a wealth of unexpected skills from PR, public speaking, managing teams, event management, handling budgets, dealing with stakeholders, securing sponsors, and liaising with government departments and academic sectors.
It always still comes down to ideas and words.
These days Phoebe’s vocabulary is dominated by ones like sit. Heel. Stay. Drop. And, good girl.
To be clear, this is not how she speaks to her colleagues — most of her time outside of work involves chasing her fur child, Winnie, around the park.
